What is your reservation policy? All reservations with All Star Party Rental require a 20% Non-Refundable deposit in advance to Secure a Reservation. If a Cancellation is made The deposit may be used for future bookings, but it will not be refunded. In the event of bad weather or a hurricane We will contact you to reschedule your reservation. All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the event start time. |
How much is the delivery? Delivery charge is based on how far away the event is located. call us for prices outside our delivery area. We service the tri-county and monroe county area. |
What are the safety rules for the bounce houses? Safety is our #1 concern at All Star Party Rentals. To insure safety we ask that you supervise children in the bouncers at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, toys, crayons, sharp objects, sand or SILLY STRING are allowed. Once we are setup at your event we will go over the safety rules with you. If loss of power occurs, the unit will slowly start to deflate. It is important to stay calm should this happen. All adults should help all children safely exit the unit. Once everyone has exited the unit check if the on/off switch on the blower has been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged. If so, plug the blower back in, turn the blower on, and the unit will re-inflate. If you continue to have problems contact us for assistance.

How much space and power do I need for the bouncers? The required setup space for a 13X13 bouncer is 15X15 square feet and 17 feet in height. The required space for a 15X15 bouncer is 17X17 square feet and 17 feet high. The required space for the 3in1 bouncer is 19X35 feet and 25 feet high. The required space for the wet/dry slide is 14X38 feet and 20 feet high. We can setup bouncers on grass or concrete. The setup takes about 20 minutes. All bouncers require a 110 volt house socket. No further than 100 feet away. If needed we can provide generators. |
What are my payment options? All payments are due at time of delivery. Payments must be made in cash or money order. All checks must be submitted 7 days before the event. For you convenience we also accept all major credit cards. |
